We can now supply TAX FREE bikes to NHS Employees via the Bikes for NHS Cycle to Work Scheme. The savings are the same as any other scheme in terms of tax but it works quite differently from, say, Cyclescheme as their are no vouchers involved.

Getting your Bike

If you have access to the scheme, what do you do next?

To keep it simple, the basic steps are outlined below. If you have any specific questions, you need to speak to your Employer about payment and authorisation of your purchase or drop in or call us if its about the bike itself.

1. Choose your bike

2. We give you an official Bikes for NHS quotation. The quotation has a ceiling of £1000 and is cost of the bike less an upfront discount of 15%.

3. Your Employer will submit your quotation to the scheme operator

4. The Scheme Operator contacts us with a Purchase Order for the bike

5. We invoice them

6. They pay for the bike immediately via BACS (takes 3-5 working days)

7. We notify you when payment has been received

8. You collect your bike
