All our bikes are checked out of the box before shipping to the customer. Customers will be required to assemble the bike upon receipt.

Framesets (where applicable) may be shipped with a fork not fitted and a separate headset.

If customers are not confident assembling their bike or frameset, local bike shops will usually assemble them for you for a small charge.

Mainland UK Shipping & Delivery

All items sent will be insured against damage in transit. Smaller items will be posted Royal Mail first class, whilst larger items will be sent recorded delivery 48hrs. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once they have been dispatched to the courier.

In most cases couriers will request a signature for proof of delivery, so please select a delivery address which is most convenient for you.

P&P is charged at £3.95 for all shopping baskets under £100 excluding bikes.
Delivery is free for baskets over £100 in value excluding bikes.
Bikes are charged at £10.00.
