Elite Ladies Time Trial Team

In 2010, Cult Racing will be fielding an Elite Ladies Time Trial Team. The team is a mixture of talent, experience and enthusiasm. The girls will be taking on the major National Time Trial Championships and competing regularly on the domestic circuit too.

The largest dedicated Ladies Time Trial Team in the UK

They will be riding in our striking pink Ladies kit. Absolutely guaranteed to turn heads, look out for them on the road! If its pink and looks cool, its very probably Cult Racing! :0)

9th June 2009, South Pennine club 25 (On Etwall's 25), 59.09 - resulted in becoming the first ever Stafford Road Club lady rider to go under.

Favourite course
Etwall 25, having spent the previous year or two doing SRC "club" 10's and 25's on the sporting(ish) K7 course - Etwall is SIGNIFICANTLY quicker even on really windy days!

Favourite event
Manchester VTTA 50 from the end of May 09.  Used as a "dry run" for the National 50 that was supposed to run on THIS COURSE 3 or 4 weeks after this event.  In blustery, conditions shaving 6 minutes off previous PB

50 (A50/3) ...I've only ever done one 50 and swore never to do another after getting rained on, hailed on and riding into a headwind for 30 miles. 2:11:33 (trying hard to blank it from my memory!)

My 10 PB on the A10/14A 20/09/2008. I had borrowed a disc wheel off Stuart Wells 5 minutes before I started and didn't get chance to warm up properly or try out the wheel. I rolled up to the start line and took a minute off my PB.
A year on and I'm still saving the pennies for my own disc wheel :)

Favourite course
Long bennington A10/14A because it always seems to be sunny on that course (I'm solar powered) and thats where I did my 10 mile PB :)

Favourite event
The national 10 as the atmosphere is always good and its nice to have so many ladies riding in one event.

My 10 mile pb, I was really focussed that day. Felt like nothing, no-one was going to stop me after missing my start in a race the day before!!

Favourite course
Speedwell mountain TT. A real white knuckle roller coaster of a ride (36m of it). Even enjoyed it in the pouring rain last year!

Favourite event
Di Cooke womens TT.  Gets a good ladies field and I've been lucky enough to win it.

Favourite course
Haven’t really got one although I do like rolling circuit courses.

7th RTTC National Women's 100 2009 after a 20 year absence from the sport. Former National 100 mile champion, 2nd BAR and 2nd National 50 in 1983.

Favourite course
F2D/10: super-smooth surface and only 15 minutes' ride from home.

Favourite event
The 2009 National 10 (Newbury RC) had a fantastic atmosphere, course, HQ and organisation plus superb weather. It was everything a national should be.

I think last year every result was the best. I’d spend summer 2008 in the garage on the turbo after a bad road racing crash, so the whole of 2009 was a ball. Having to pick though, probably winning 2 of the Welsh National time trial championships over 25 and 50 miles and setting my 25 PB there.

Favourite Course
Something rolling and scenic and not too many potholes. The R50/30C was a good one but tough and I love my local course at Naseby NC16.

Favourite Event
I love the A5 Rangers weekend in March. You never really know what you’re going to get, rain, snow, sunshine. But really its any event with home made cake !

F20/10 is my favourite 10 mile course and is super fast on a good day. My favourite 25 is the H25/8

Favourite Event
I like the challenging nature of the Rudy Project courses, but it's hard to beat the high mountains for pure drama.

Favourite 10 Course
I tend to only do midweek evening courses, but would recommend a 2 lap event in the Ampthill, Bedfordshire area

Favourite 25 course
e2/25, this is a quick course, but if you know its slow going out at the turn you will fly home!

Favourite 50 course

has to be etwall, the 2 lap course is surprisingly quick even on windy days!
