(to watch): Giro d’Italia – ideally in person but I always watch on RAI. I got into cycling whilst living in Italy for a year in 2006.

Favourite event: Cross in general, Cross worlds are great, Rutland cicli classic because it sorts out the bitches from the men. Done so many and had a lot of good times and some real bad times.

Favourite Event: To ride in : The 24 hour Mountain Mayhem at Eastnor Park, massive event with great atmosphere (Glastonbury for bikes) …. To watch : The World Cross Championships in Belgium 2007. The atmosphere there was the best I've ever seen, the elites men's race was packed with thrills and spills.
