Payment for the goods must be made at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway. We accept all major credit / debit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and address of the card holder when you place the order. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Industry Standard 128-bit encryption to process all payments so that you can buy with confidence. All payments are process by Secure Trading Ltd. All prices shown on the website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate where applicable.
Prices may change and offers and discount coupons may be withdrawn at any time.
All the goods you see on our website are offered subject to availability. Where an item is not in stock we will contact you to advise you of any delay. Our suppliers usually deliver to us within 2 – 3 days, but may be longer sometimes. You will be informed of any problems supplying your purchase immediately. If at any point you are not satisfied and wish to cancel your order then we will of course refund your purchase.
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please call us on 01564 701860 as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of date of purchase as long as the items are unused, as new condition with original packaging and invoice. Warranties vary. If you have a warranty repair or replacement you wish to return to us, please contact s first so we can advise you. General wear and tear, inappropriate use, incorrect and inappropriate fitting is not covered by warranty. Postage on returned items must be paid by the customer.
Customers DO NOT have to register for an account with us when they check out.
